Timothy G. Dixon, President & Chairman

Mr. Dixon currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc., President and Chairman of OmniBiome, Inc., President and Chairman of Emvolio, Inc., and President and Chairman of SandBox Dental Labs, Inc. Mr. Dixon previously served as the President of TMD Courses, Inc. from 2006 to 2012 and; as the President of Splint Decisions Inc. from 2010 to 2011.

Mr. Dixon has attended hundreds of hours of continuing medical/dental education throughout the years, and has produced many educational DVD’s used by dental professionals worldwide on the subject of parafunctional control, migraine prevention, therapeutic Botox injections, migraine pathophysiology, dental sleep medicine, and other therapeutic protocols. Mr. Dixon also has extensive experience in dealing with corporate compliance matters with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, (FDA) as well as many international regulatory bodies.

Gerry B. Berg, Chief Financial Officer & Director

Mr. Berg currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc., Chief Financial Officer and Director of Emvolio, Inc., OmniBiome, Inc., and SandBox Dental Labs, Inc. Mr. Berg has over thirty years of senior management experience working with private and public companies. His career emphasis has been on Finance and Operations. Mr. Berg has over five years of experience having served as the Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for two nutraceutical companies. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Berg was responsible for raw material purchasing and compliance, manufacturing in accordance with cGMP procedures, and FDA and FCC guidelines for marketing.

Mr. Berg holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Walsh College where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Berg became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Michigan in 1979, and in the State of California in 1984. Mr. Berg does not currently practice as a CPA.

Dr. Barry Glassman, Chief Dental Officer

Dr. Barry Glassman, located in Allentown, PA, had previously maintained a private practice which was limited to chronic pain management, temporomandibular joint dysfunction and dental sleep medicine. He currently serves as consultant to the Allentown Pain and Sleep Center where Dr. Don Malizia and Dr. Tony Polit maintain the Allentown Model and the Allentown Pain and Sleep Center. A Diplomate of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the American Academy of Pain Management, as well as a Fellow of the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics and the Academy of Dentistry International, he is also on staff at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, where he serves as a resident instructor of Craniofacial Pain and Dysfunction and Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Glassman is a Diplomate of the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

A popular and dynamic speaker, Dr. Glassman lectures internationally, as well as throughout the United States. In addition to his extensive schedule, which includes guest lecture appearances and in-depth courses on joint dysfunction, chronic pain, headache, sleep disorders, and migraine headache, Dr. Glassman is a frequent speaker at major chronic pain and joint dysfunction professional conferences. Dr. Glassman toured the country as the sole speaker for SomnoMED’s lecture series on sleep medicine.

Dr. Glassman servces as clinical and resident instructor for the Lehigh Valley Hosptial Network, teaching craniofacial pain, joint dysfunction, chronic pain and dental sleep medicine.  Dr. Glassman has been a speaker at the Academy of Pain Management, the International College of Craniomandibular Disorders, the Academy of Orafacial Pain, the Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the International Academy of Gnathology, the American Equilibration Society, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society, and many others including annual presentations at the British Dental Association. His topics include headache, chronic pain, joint dysfunction, and sleep disorders.

Dr. Glassman also hosts introductory and intensive courses for the general dentist in occlusion and parafunctional control, as well as sleep disorders. Courses are also available for those interested in Learning TMD diagnosis and treatment and pain management.

Dr. Glassman has published a number of articles on pain management and sleep disorders in both peer and non peer reviewed journals. His editorials and articles on joint dysfunction, appliance therapy, and sleep disorders have appeared in Cranio, Inside Dentistry, Pain Management, and others.

For his dedication to education, Dr. Glassman has been awarded the prestigious Haden-Stack award, given by the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.  Adhering to an evidence based philosophy, Dr. Glassman utilizes current educational theory which results in mastery of understanding over the simple the acquisition of knowledge in isolation. This approach greatly increases the likelihood the attendee will move forward in implementation of the material with practical application in their clinical practice.

Despite retiring from active practice, Dr. Glassman remains extremely active teaching, and consulting in both  clinical and practice model arenas, and actively writing.  He is currently co-authoring a book with Dr. Micah Sadigh, a well known and published clinical psychologist, that proposes to expose the ills of the dental profession and the difficult environment created for dentists to maintain high standards and patient centered practices.
